The best hotel we've ever been in so far. They truly care about the needs of their guests. The check-in was really fast and easy, the receptionists were kind and helpful. With checking in, we received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The rooms are really big, and cosy while they represent a simple style but still great. The equipment of the rooms are logical, we can find everything in it, even when you stay for a shorter term like we did. At the breakfast, we also met a really kind and helpful staff, there was a huge choice of food with a great quality and quantity. Also, what's really important as well, the ungerground parking, which is totally free of charge. When we'll be in Brno again, we'll definitely choose this hotel! Thank you for everything!

The hotel's proximity to the historic center was a major highlight, allowing us to explore all the recommended tourist attractions on foot. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety. Additionally, convenient parking access was a significant advantage. Even on our check-out day, we could leave our car in the parking lot until the end of the day, enabling us to fully enjoy our last moments without the hassle of finding alternative parking.

Very convenient stay. But the stuff is not prepared fir doing Hotelier service. No english what-so ever, very very bad Coffe at breakfast. And zero tolerance for constructive feedbacks. Like hey at least make us good coffee for breakfast. My feedback was received in a very un polite a bit aggressive way. Bad and amenities are ok, stuff personal very bed🥴🥴🥴
