It's cheapest accommodation in that area, even with included breakfast, so for that price you can't expect more. Hotel also has cozy reasonably priced restaurant which opens till 22:00. It has amazing soup and good beer. Friendly owner, speaks russian also. There are terrace also.

Couple of hours before arriving I got SMS with details on who would be waiting for me. Very friendly lady helped me to navigate straight in from of the apartment doors. She gave me a tour thru the apartment and explained everything.

We traveled with children and for children this was the best of our accomodations because of the outdoor space where you can feel free - play football, run, walk along river and enjoy outdoor pool. Indoor space was tiny, but outdoor atmosphere and the breakfast with many other tourists in the morning was great experience. As well as very nice locally-made souveniers that could be bought there.
