It was a perfect stay, very clean, very organized. I stayed here a year ago too. The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is really good with a great variety. The cleaning ladies also make a great job in the rooms. There is a direct view to the volcano, it is amazing. The hotel is also very close the central. Simply loved it and would go back anytime.

It was really good, the termal room eas spacious and comfortable, the pool in the room awesome and the facilities very clean and well Maintained. The staff super friendly, the lady at the check in was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Perfect place for families.

Room was fine , breakfast was poor and the restaurant was uncomfortably hot, no AC or a fan in place. the pool and spring water pools were great. the main restaurant food was good plus a very friendly service. Overall we were happy

The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and on-site hot springs. The staff were friendly and helpful, the views of Arenal were magnificent, and we saw a sloth in one of the trees. This was one of my favourite places that we stayed in Costa Rica.
