Staff working at the hotel are all very nice and friendly, especially Eric at the reception. The concierge boys are very kind, as well as the cleaning ladies and they always great you with a smile. I had dinner at Mingyue Restaurant and the food was exceptional, very well done chef and waiters! Pet's Paradise is a must to visit, animals are kept very well and the guardian will introduce to you each and every one of them. He really takes good care of the animals.

A beautiful, impressive hotel. Reception hall is grand but still welcoming. The room was very clean with great facilities, there was even a mini tumble dryer in the room.

I stayed for the second time, the difference was that this time it was a tour. The hotel is located in a shopping center. The front desk will contact you in advance. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They didn't speak English but they did their best to help me with any issues despite the language barrier. The facilities are also great and the room is comfortable. The hotel seems quite new, it's clean and the breakfast area is really beautiful!

First impressions were good. Although the receptionist didn't speak English (not her fault), we managed to communicate and she was able to guide me on where to get my local nucleic acid test too. Main benefits other than that were the price, the bed was decent enough, and the shower was good, but that's about it. The air con worked too, which was essential.
As mentioned, it's fine for a base and for the price you can't expect much more, and the location is decent for both the airport and the Expo Center, but it's not without its issues.
