A wonderful hotel in a pretty desert garden setting, and great base for exploring the surrounding area. A well designed modern room, very comfortable bed and pillows with a wall heater for those chilly nights. Great breakfast buffet and all day coffee/tea available in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and reception recommended an excellent tour operator with an office on the main street of town, about a ten minute walk from the hotel.

The staff were amazing, they were extremely helpful and were able to get us an early (delicious) breakfast as we were leaving early. The hotel is very pretty and the rooms are comforting and unique, but the staff are the stars.

While the room was basic, the bed was very comfortable, the quality of the bed linen was good and there was always plenty of hot water for the generous shower. The courtyard and pool were a great place to chill-out after a day exploring, the staff were very welcoming and on hand to help with any of your needs and they offered a decent breakfast.

The staff is so nice and helpful. The room is nice and all the important facilities are there and working :D and their breakfast is such a nice touch. They ask you for the time you want it and then serve it to you on your "porch/balcony". It's all super cosy.

Everything! The facilities, the rooms and the staff are wonderful. There is free private parking available inside the gated complex. The complex looks even better than the photos. The staff are super helpful and go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was also good. The hotel location is just perfect, it takes less than a minute to reach the main road with all the restaurants and souvenir shops, and takes around 3-5 min to reach the San Pedro church.

Really nice hotel! Delivered every promise! Stuff was amazing!! Even it said that breakfast start @ 6:30, they try to accomodate guests request and put our cold cuts, breads, pasties, yogurt and fruits out at time you request a night before! Fruits snacks and coffee / tea were available 24/7. Very safe facility. We definitely would recommend it!
