The people in the hotel were really pleasant and tried their best to please us. Always polite, smiling and also accommodating specificities out of the dinner menu.

Not the hotel at fault but did not realize there would be a much road and rail noise. Didn't read the map closely enough, facilities and comfort was very good

A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! Great location for the thermabad which is why I chose it. Did have to get the bus from Brig (511 to Brigerbad, dorf stop for the hotel) The rooms are very nice - ours had a little balcony area. Lovely bathroom will powerful shower. Nice big pillow and comfy beds. There is a TV in the room (but no kettle) Spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was a very nice buffet selection.
