Such a magic place! We got a free room upgrade and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was decorated with love and there were so many little surprises. The view on the Bernese Alps was stunning. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights rest. The breakfast was wonderful and the host very attentive. We will certainly go back there!

My bill has been paid twice. Once on booking.com when I booked the room, and once at the hotel. I complained about this and asked for compensation. I asked for one of the payments to be refunded.
I did not receive any substantial response.
