Excellent staff, delivered electric kettle and cups to the room upon request, small refrigerator. Across the street from railway station, but no real noise from that. Balcony was great, filtered view of lake. Clean. Well situated, convenient for public transport and close to centre of town.

Location is nearly perfect, right next to the trainstation and lake The hotel also gave us a Ticino Ticket which allows free travel on all buses and trains in Ticino : we used it a lot and makes travelling in the region very easy
