Also there are two elevators which were a huge relief for my grandma. The rooms have an incredible view over a part of Luganos lake!!! Even home office was a joy with this particular view! The breakfast buffet was very delicious. So were the dinners. The staff was were very welcoming and friendly! Three generations spend a wonderful long weekend here and all of us are re-energized :)

We arrived tired and weary and left refreshed. The view from our superior room over the lake was stunning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and hot water was plentiful. We used the hotel parking for a small fee. The restaurant also overlooked the lake, so we had a couple of wonderful meals served by really friendly staff. The hotel is a really good base for exploring the area. I highly recommend it.TracyUnited Kingdom

Great chairs on the large balcony perfect for absorbing some sun in Autumn! The hotel is located less than 100 m from the train station which connects to Lugano in 30 minutes.
