Service was terrible. Marion at the reception was very very rude. She should not be working in a Hotel. The rest of the staff was very friendly but Marions made our experience very bar. Several times she was rude when asked for a key of the room or asked to change money.

Location is perfect, just a quick 3 min walk from metro station. Breakfast was also nice, we got eveything we need.
Staff were so helpfull when asked for help, just you need to remind eveything. For example: to get our "free tourist Lausanne travel card" we needed to remind the lady to give us, also during the breakfast when water of the coffee machine or anything runs low or runs out, you have to be reminded to replenish it.
