Sumptuous bed, bedding, towels and dressing gown to cosy up into.
Room was a comfortable temperature.
Bathroom has a roomy shower.
Immaculately clean throughout.
Character, tasteful decor and the history behind the place.
Tea-making facilities in the hallway on 2nd floor.
Nice common areas with plenty of space and cosy chairs to relax.
I was grateful to be able to leave my bag for a while after check-out.

Service was terrible. Marion at the reception was very very rude. She should not be working in a Hotel. The rest of the staff was very friendly but Marions made our experience very bar. Several times she was rude when asked for a key of the room or asked to change money.

Location is perfect, just a quick 3 min walk from metro station. Breakfast was also nice, we got eveything we need.
Staff were so helpfull when asked for help, just you need to remind eveything. For example: to get our "free tourist Lausanne travel card" we needed to remind the lady to give us, also during the breakfast when water of the coffee machine or anything runs low or runs out, you have to be reminded to replenish it.

Cully is a tiny place and family-friendly.
Cully is a tiny place and family-friendly. In the morning you can take the ship which leaves literally from in front of the hotel and goes to any destination you desire - Vevey, Montreux etc. We went to Vevey and rented the bikes there and bike around the lake. Cully is very easy to commute by the train with the surrounding villages as well so you can travel car-free.MartaSwitzerland - 10Scored 10

Cully is quiet and beautiful, a bit off the beaten path, but still very close to Lausanne. It is right on the lake, with gorgeous vistas and walking paths up the vineyard terraces. You can get a sense of antiquity, but still access modern amenities.

Cully is a beautiful little village on the shore of Lake Geneva within striking distance of Lausanne and Montreux and the lovely villages in-between. The location is stunning with the most amazing views over the lake and across the Corniche Lavaux Vineyards. Well worth a visit.

Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. We had connecting rooms for a family of 4 which was nice and convenient. Staff was very friendly and the rooftop terrace was very nice for an evening drink. Parking area is a bit small but there is extra parking about 200m up the road for when the lot gets full. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in the Lake Geneva area.LBCNetherlands

Superb walk in shower. Epesses is a beautiful village little bars for tasting the local wine. There is also a very good restaurant within walking distance with a terrace overlooking the lake (spectacular view) or you can go down to Cully.
