Location, breakfast included was absolutely delicious and the unlimited access to the thermal baths was definitely a plus.Great value for the amount paid! We ended up also buying some chocolate from Le patissier de L'hotel Cailler, as souvenirs for our families. Delicious 😋

The host sent a message at the day with the links to the instruction videos. In fact the videos were so helpful and we could easily find the key and get into the room without any problems. The location was really wonderful - we could enjoy the amazing mountain view and go to the bath on foot in 10 minutes.

The location was wonderful in winter, and it had the right equipment if you wanted to do some cooking.

We stayed 4 nights: Sept 21 - Sept 24. New apartment building, modern, clean, spacious rooms, large kitchen island and dining table, large bedroom, large living/sitting area, balcony with view, next door to Coop supermarket, free car park under apartment building, elevator, 1.5 baths, many storage cabinets/closets. The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.
