Our first room the coffee pot wasen't working, then we noticed a leak in the bathroom so they moved us to another room. They went over backwords to please us. I mean things happen. But we had a great experience there. We love the pool for our grandkids, however this time it made three out of 5 of us got an itchey rash from the pool. But over all we'll be back.
