Exceptional hospitality! We received a call to our room after check in ensuring we were happy with our room and asking if there was anything else needed. A staff member offered to carry my parcels to my room after I'd been shopping at the market. We loved the complimentary wings, veggies and drinks upon arrival! The breakfast buffet offered some variety each day. The food was all very fresh, hot and cold options and very good.

The location was quiet. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had access to the kitchen and living room, both of which were beautiful. Carol was a very welcoming host and gave us a tour of the residence. The time of year and weather unfortunately didn't encourage the use of the patio and garden.

Our trip was in February, I wasn't sure if there would be enough indoor activities. There were plenty of attractions such as St Jacob's village. We loved walking around the village and exploring the many stores. There are at least two good sized antique markets. Thursday and Saturday there is an indoor farmers market. This was the highlight of our trip. The stalls are really interesting and a great selection of food to buy. There is also an outlet mall which we actually did not have time to check out. The local restaurant on Benjamin was very good. Family food, lots of food for a good price. Our trip was lots of fun.

On first entering the property I was very pleasantly surprised with the lovely lobby. Unfortunately, this initial impression was ruined when I noticed the state of the elevators which sadly needed a good coat of paint. It's amazing how the shabbiness of the elevators affected the overall impression of the property. I think they showed neglect and I was wondering in what state the rooms would be. However, mine was just fine.

We only came for one night.
We only came for one night. It has been several years since I was last there and all the new highways were confusing ( especially in the dark). We ended up using an Uber to get us where we needed to be. There are many places of interest but due to the weather we did not stay to explore. Centre in the Square facility in Kitchener is absolutely beautiful!

if you bring a pet they will change your room to a pet room for more money and they also charge a pet fee. So more for your room and a fee not happy
breakfast was nothing to write home about
pool and hot tub was a bonus

It was my first visit to the city and I was very impressed with all the trees, greenery and parklands. I loved the LRT (it works!) and I appreciated the good service I received from Waterloo Taxi company.
The location was on one of the best University campuses in Ontario, maybe Canada. The wi-fi was worked in mostly all buildings across the campus. There was plenty of nooks to sit and lounge or study, sip coffee and relax or get things done. Each building complex was unique to its discipline. A small lake and conservation area was within walking distance but there were bicycle trails everywhere.
There was no breakfast. I am disappointed because this was one of the reasons I had preferred this hotel.
The bed was also shaky and noisy so we couldn’t sleep properly.
Location was also not comfortable for my partner. She didn’t feel comfortable walking outside as there were no street light and she got scared.
The suite was well decorated and very comfortable. The appliances and kitchen items were far better than I have found in other accommodations. The best, however, was the service. Varun and the team provided better service than I have encountered in 5 star hotels. I am happy to recommend the Laundry Rooms.
Room and hotel was very clean, recently updated with new furniture, carpet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had fireplace whirl suite and it was so spacious and decorated well. Very close to market and great walking trails in St. Jacob’s.
The house is in a perfect location, just 10-15 min walk from the university of Waterloo. The house was very tidy and clean. The heating was working fine as well. The landlord is very kind and helpful. I would recommend this lodging 100% to my friends.
Hotel was very central to many things, a nice trail running along side it, lots of parking, staff were extremely polite and everything was very clean. We would definitely book another room there if we were in the area again!
St Jacob's Farmers Market was right across the street, and was such a close walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Plentiful parking in the parking lot. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Thank you!
The room is clean and comfortable. The house is well equipped. The location is excellent if you want to visit Waterloo university (10-15 minutes by walk). Carol is helpful.
Good sized rooms with separate bedroom, living area and kitchen. Per our previous stay, room and hotel were clean and very well maintain. Friendly and accommodating staff.
this is a tough question as my whole stay was less then enjoyable
the hotel staff did try to accommodate for their mistakes however the run around was unacceptable
It was a very well kept hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious. The restaurant and patio were beautiful. Easy place to walk to shops and restaurants in the area
Breakfast is really good for hotel, staff are so kind and helpful, great room with big tv, confortable bed and good shower. everything was really clean i loved it
