I had previously stayed at the coast and had a terrible experience. This was so much better. We were so happy. Thank you

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They had nice little touches to make you feel welcome, such as little smiley faces on the toilet paper and a note on the nightstand that said, "Enjoy your stay."

Great location, shuttle to the airport was on time and only took about 5 minutes each way. The standard double queen room was very spacious. Ample room for parking (and only $5.25/day!) in their lot while we were on the vacation.
Lots to do from shopping, casinos and the horse track.
Lots to do from shopping, casinos and the horse track. I would also recommend the Rig Hand Distillery down the road (6min away). Even if you're not a big drinker the restuarant is so amazing and it's kid friendly..has a playground and wall climbing, it's really a hidden gem, they do tours as well.

Very convenient to YEG.
Very convenient to YEG. Nisku was a hamlet with a few grain elevators and few houses in my youth. The Nisku kids came to Leduc for their schooling. Now none of the hamlet remains among the oil industry lay down yards and service businesses. Even the west side of highway 2 is changed (there's a farm that farms aluminum: camper and trailer storage!)

The room was awful.
The room was awful. From broken AC unit, broken fridge, broken curtains and broken toilet. When addressed with front desk they said there was nothing they could do because hotel was at capacity. So we had light pouring through the windows (hallway windows so always light) an ac unit that made a sound like it was going to explode every 15 seconds...alllllll night...so no one slept which destroyed the entire reason for the stay. When I discussed the with manager the next day he offered me 30% of my NEXT stay. I will absolutely never be back and will continue to tell people how awful this experience was. He truly did not care. I guarantee nothing was fixed and they carried on letting that room to other travelers.

We went out and eat at Black Jacks, the food could of been a lot better and the service was very poor, we waited for our food for over an hour. It was easy getting around in Nisku. I wouldn't go back to eat at Black Jacks again it's a waste of time and your money.

This time we were only there overnight to catch a connecting flight. We were under quarantine after travelling from the States because of the Covid-19 virus, so we were unable to leave our hotel room. We have been to Nisku once before and it is a nice superb of Edmonton.
There is a wonderful small distillery nearby called Big Rig. An interesting and fun place to go if you need to fill in some time.
the property was clean and the staff were friendly. the only thing with booking through a third party is that when I went to upgrade my room to a more family friendly one, had to call booking and then wait and then after all was said and done took about 30ish minutes plus just to let booking know to give the hotel permission. made it a challenge when you have a toddler just wanting to do all the things haha.
The room was tidy, a couple carpet stains, the coffee maker was not user friendly. I requested a wake up call, did not receive one. The complimentary breakfast started at 5am, I caught a shuttle at 4:30 am. The shuttle was the best feature of my reservation. When through again I will look for a hotel with a restaurant and lounge in it.
Extremely quiet, even though it seemed very busy with people that had been staying at the facility. The beds are so comfortable! We stayed in a family room and it was fantastic. Came with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. Nice lay out, I will recommend this hotel to everyone, and plan to stay again in the future when booking.
Location was great for overnight to the airport. Free shuttle. Great breakfast eggs, bacon & waffles and so many other items to choose from. The hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful with restaraunts in the area as we got in quite late. Would definitely be staying here again
Breakfast, particularly the egg / omelette dish was exceptional. Hotel is in an undeveloped area, but has a liquor store, gas station, A&W, Chinese Food restaurant virtually next door. Staff were fun. And it's not far from the airport with easy access. Room was clean and wireless was good.
Great hotel and close to airport. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Edmonton for a reason. its great. Lots of space for parking. I can not comment on the restaurant,
Near airport with shuttle; room was clean with awesome bed and deep tub with excellent water pressure for shower. Fan can run all night to drown out noise from planes or train nearby.
Breakfast makes cost of room acceptable.
We enjoy staying at the Coast Nisku loved that it has couple restaurants that both have great food. The staff is excellent, the rooms and facilities always clean. Appreciate the shuttle service too
brand new, clean, no carpet, super pet friendly, really nice staff, convenient restaurant, water slide pool and hot tub in hotel. lots of parking, close to airport for a short trip.
The coffee bar next to reception was a nice treat! It was also great that a cot was able to be provided both nights we stayed at the hotel. Hotel staff were pleasant.
Our stay was outstanding. The rooms were clean. The staff very friendly, overall a very nice hotel that we certainly would use again when in the Leduc area.
