I canceled the reservation due to a storm in the area. They charged my visa twice,266 and 177 when I called she told me it was booking that charged me, than I get a email from booking stating they didn’t charge me and any fees charged to me were that of the hotel. I book 3 rooms for 4 adults 5 kids(8-17), they charged me for having 4 adults to 1 room, it was 1 room 2 kids 2 adults, 1 room 1adult 2 kids and another room 1adult 1 kid. Also the lady that answered the phone was rude and ignorant!

The staff is great at check in and check out. I stayed again on April 29 for one night. Same guy was on at check out before 7 am. Very friendly! I think his name was Kevin. He remembered me from this stay!

Bed was super comfortable, with new linen. Bedroom and bathroom super clean. Bedroom was small but charming, and clean. The main floor and mezzanine are very beautiful, in a historical building, it was worth our stay for sure. We didn't have a chance to dine at the restaurant as it was fully booked.
