Barbara is a great host who is welcoming and clearly takes great pride in providing a wonderful experience to her guests. Her B&B is immaculate and provides a warm experience. I enjoyed sitting in the sun room - which as with the dining area offers a million dollar view of the Gatineau River - to read.
Our room also had a great view. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets crispy clean with a pleasant scent. In the closet was a fridge with bottled water and other beverages; and there's a coffee maker.
The breakfast was a delight, both in presentation and taste - a true gourmet experience.
Auberge Tom really hit it out of the park. This was one of the best one night getaways we've had in a long time.

I adore the chic retro vibes of this quaint motel. The completely ecclectic and colourful decor is visual eye candy (totally IG worthy)! The bathroom was modern, stunning and sparkling clean. The pillows, duvet and sheets were plush and soft.
Lea was amazing! She answered all of our questions. She also gave helpful suggestions for breakfast and dinner alternatives when the restaurant was closed. Not only would I recommend this motel but I would also go back to stay in the different rooms and trailer :)

Are you talking about Cantly, the town or Ecologe? The town did not register with me as it was very small. Ecologe was a wonderful place that would be terrific for anyone that loves nature or is active as we were (cycling). It is close to Wakefield and all the amenities there (including a good bike shop). We had one dinner at the Wakefield Inn and one at the "Village Inn". Both are first rate. Lunch was at a funky pub/cafe with terrific home made food called Kaffe 1870. There was even a singer when we were there for a late lunch (due to the huge breakfast at Ecologe!). One can cycle in every direction from Wakefield and Gatineau Park is just waiting with its smooth pavement or well marked trails. This would be a fabulous place to go for a winter weekend as well. I would easily suggest it to anyone planning a trip to the wonderful Gatineau area.
