The city is lovely but the roads need to be fixed....the people we met were really nice even though some tried to rip us off when we wanted to but some souvenirs...so be careful. The temple of pythons is a must visit...I was so scared but I eventually took a pic with one around my neck after my friend talked me out the fear and after she took her pics with so much confidence. It wasn't easy getting around but we took a motor bike and the guy who rode - Vincent was extremely nice despite the language barrier. It's a nice place on the whole.
