Hosts are great. Breakfast was great, great food. Location is great. Amenities are great. The price is a bit high, but it is during the highest peak of the season in this region, during the Tour of Flanders, De Ronde van Vlaanderen, a cycling event. So that might explain why.

We visited Belgium to complete a cycling challenge and needed a location that had good links and facilities for 4 cyclists close to all the cycling routes. This location and the accommodation was perfect. Ines was awesome with her communication and very helpful but not in your face. We would definitely return but next time in the summer so we got use of the hot tub!

Really comfortable beds. Great views over the garden, with lots of birds on the ponds. Friendly staff (also owners and family there) to give great service in a pleasant manner. Food was excellent; both breakfast and evening meals.

Its located right on the square in a prime position. The owner was absolutely super - he kept in close contact with me on the lead up to the trip and made check in and the all important storage of bikes seamless and easy. Breakfast was delicious - just what we needed. A really relaxed and enjoyable trip, we will return.

Location in tranquil setting, nice layout with rooms and a shared lounge area which made for comfortable relaxing sitting. Good choice of drinks and snack to purchase. Bedrooms very comfortable, quiet and all facilities needed. Continental breakfast great selection and tasty. Best of all host/Marina was very welcoming and ready to help in any way.
