I could not visit the city itself but I noticed that...
I could not visit the city itself but I noticed that everybody I talked to is friendly, positive, smiling. Better than usual. And the river is ...majestuous. If you can take some time to go and see the river from spots in the nearby countryside, I found it quite unique, sort of deeply marking the spirit of people, probably.
