Comfortable bed, room was good for an overnight stay. Cheaper than other options in this location but no real difference.

Free cancellation is good, room service not at all, fridge is not good, towels is too old, price is good, too noisy the street side, this hotel is only ok for a night and not recommend for family with kids under 10.

I've stayed at this motel for last 15yrs and always great, 2 lights weren't working in room and remote would not work.
Other than that, I can say I will continue to stay on my annual Sydney trip. Keep up the good work, and maybe the cleaners should regularly check lights and remotes in rooms daily.

Has everything you need, basic and cheap.
Has everything you need, basic and cheap. Staff were always helpful and friendly but the rooms need a good clean. Ours smelt like urine and I found the doona cover had urine stains. The bunk bed was very uncomfortable for my son however the queen bed was surprisingly comfy. The aircon unit in our room was too old and loud to leave on at night and it was a warm night
I was so disappointed.Myself and my wife went for the weekend because we have to travel 4hrs every month and go to Blacktown hospital.Thought we would try ibis at Wentworthville .We couldn’t stay it was that bad . We had a queen room and it was so claustrophobic we had to leave .Then we had to spend the next 2 hrs trying to find somewhere else to stay . We are going through so much and then have to get somewhere when the images on the net look a lot larger than what is the real thing. A bit like McDonald’s hamburgers
The walls had cracks. We stayed 3 nights and requested for room service but nobody came. We also requested for new towels as ours were wet and never got any. The room was very dirty. Dust everywhere. I understand the hotel is old but it should be clean.
Considering this is a budget hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were great and is perfect for a one or two night stay, especially if you just have to stay the night, it’s well worth the amount you pay.
The room was extremely quiet, which was amazing considering the location and the amount of traffic. The hotel is in a good location for access to major roads. It's also only a short drive to the local train station
Love the room especially with my fiance had An Amazing time would go again I'm originally from Melbourne but my stay in Sydney was incredible and ibis hotel thank you so much
Room quite large. Bed was comfy. Plenty of parking. Able to walk to Westmead hospital (about 40 minutes), which is where I needed to go. Hotel location was easy to find.
