Carolyn made us feel very welcome during our stay, the accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable set within beautiful gardens. She was also very informative about what to see and do in the Huon Valley. The Kiln Eatery, on site, made us a very tasty breakfast, (using thick old fashioned bacon) and serves great coffee. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay, rest, eat and explore the picturesque Huon Valley.

The property location was fantastic. Hosts Maria & Wayne are absolutely delightful. The Terrace room was large, spacious and the attention to detail impeccable. The bed was large and comfortable. There were books to read, The breakfast was fantastic. The guest lounge room was large and cosy, with an and many DVD’s to chose from. There was also a kitchen with microwave, stove and oven which guests are able to use.

The location was absolutely beautiful.
The accommodation itself was so thoughtfully put together.
From the beautiful linen on the bed, to the range of tea and coffee options, everything was so lovely.
We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and watching the animals around the yard.
The golf course looked fun, we instead walked around and took photos of the birds and flora around.
The host came out to greet us and have a chat when we arrived and was so welcoming and friendly.

Very friendly staff, they gave us 2 free tickets for boat sightseeing on a river, very good accommodation , breakfast was included in a morning, very lovely place, the restaurant had amazing food at reasonable price $140 per night including breakfast, rooms good size and comfortable, will recommend to everyone 🙂

Everything, this is quintessentially a classic B&B, with all the trimmings. Great hosts, really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Bed was really comfy great shower pressure, and fantastic local produce round off a cracking breakfast. This is my 2nd visit, won't be the last.
