The room was lovely, comfortable bed, with easy access and surprisingly even with a balcony and the council fixing a burst pipe directly under my room it was alot quieter than U would expect,once council had finished the noise from town nightlife was unnoticeable and silenced by the balcony door shower pressure was amazing and just overall happy with my stay

I was disappointed that the staff at reception didn’t mention that breakfast was available. I would have preferred to sit at a table. After I settled into my room I opened a few drawers to see if there was any papers with useful information about the hotel. Reminders about if there was a fire how to follow the directions. Or some information about the local attractions nearby. I also felt it was necessary to have a box or container of paper tissues in the bathroom for hygiene purposes.
