Great location in North Sydney above the train station. My room was facing North Sydney offices, but the other side of the hotel has views over Sydney Harbour.

I liked how fast the lifts were, I liked that there was a sauna, I liked the smell of the common areas, I liked that the room key card works without removing it from my wallet, I liked that there was a full-sized fridge in the room (a nice surprise because I didn’t expect that).

Newly renovated clean and stylish room. Friendly staff. Great value for money in convenient location.
Photos are extremely misleading and don’t show just how bad...
Photos are extremely misleading and don’t show just how bad the rooms are.
Staff aren’t on site and are extremely rude on the phone.
How do you separate a house in to 9 rooms and a garage in to 3 rooms.
The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything in the rooms next door.
The room I stayed in wasn’t a room. It was a corner of a conservatory.
You will get eaten alive by mosquitoes as they haven’t bothered to get rid of the overgrown weeds everywhere.
It’s more like a dirty hostel.
The bathrooms are dirty with toothbrushes, toiletries and dirty underwear left behind by previous guests.
Staff had decided to cancel my booking without informing me and double booked my room. I was woken in the middle of the night by a man that had been given the key code to let himself in while I slept. Staff first blamed booking.com for cancelling then tried to blame me by saying I had cancelled the booking.
I would rather stay in a prison cell. I did not spend my last night there opting for a friends couch instead. These people should not be allowed to operate. Do not stay there.

Like the location.
Like the location. Close to Lindfield station. 2 stops to Chatswood shopping and 20mins to Sydney by train. Front of building has a lovely presentation but this does not reflect the rooms which are very outdated like 1970's but cheaper than other places. Could do with a microwave in room and nicer cabinets and fresh coat of paint to cheer it up. Rooms are small but suitable.
Great location, staff, free parking, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.
7/11 servo next door for essential milk, food, coffee...not far to walk to Lindfield for cafes and restaurants, IGA. Note the local Coles is not available at 500m...it's closed for renovation so having a car is handy.
Lovely leafy suburb, pleasant to walk/run, alot of hills!
Easy access to main roads to drive around the area. The hotel rooms are well insulated, no road noise in the night from the main road highway.
We booked this property from Friday afternoon to Sunday. The Granny Flat was generally well presented and location was perfect for visiting around Killara and Lindfield. Killara train station is readily accessible at the end of the street. The Host met us onsite at the arranged time and gave us keys to the flat and a remote to the driveway gate. There was a full box of Weetbix and a long life skim milk in the fridge when we arrived.
Great location and beautifully updated rooms! We live 4 hours away from Sydney so the convenience of this hotel was perfect: the beds were really comfy and tit was really clean! I’ll be rebooking to stay again when we’re next visiting. Thank you for making our check in so easy too!
manager was so lovely and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet. newly refurbished. comfortable bed. clean linen and towels. Easy parking on site. It was perfect for our over night stay and close to our morning appointment. Close to Chatswood which has loads of food options.
all ok but difficult for us to find shopping facilities that were required within a reasonable walking distance. Wife has movement difficulties. great location as we had a funeral wake at Killara Gold Club and transport was not required.
this is a hidden gem! renovated hotel with tasteful decoration. spacious room with all the facilities we’ve needed during stay. even though it’s close to the main road, it’s quite in the room. very good value for money
This was our third stay at Killara Suites. Although it is on the Pacific Highway, the rooms were quiet. The beds were super comfy. Very clean as always! The hotel manager goes above and beyond to look after guests.
Hotel is situated on the Pacific H’way and relatively easy to access. The room had been updated and was attractively furnished and clean. Although close to a very busy road, it was surprisingly quiet.
