The size of our spa suite was amazing! We travel alot and have stayed at many luxurious hotels at a far more higher price point and not been as impressed with the room as we were at the Lakes.

A great place for an overnight stay, clean and pleasant rooms which were quite spacious. Friendly staff. Small grassed, shared back courtyard, which gave a pleasant outlook. Nice and close to everything. Our car broke down, this was the perfect place to stay for us,easy to get an Uber, food shops were all within walking distance.

Dirty room, bugs in lights, holes in old curtains, cobwebs on ceiling, dirty walls in bathroom, rusty drain in sink, crusty old coffee and sugar saches, rude staff, not friendly at all just condescending. Wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

Great service - manager has mobile number and is keen to help guests have the best stay possible. Gave us earlier check in to suit our schedule without a problem. Clean modern rooms, easy walk across a carpark for fast food takeaway, tavern, bws, small shopping centre. Convenient to highway.

The staff were very friendly & helpful.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Convenient location to Redcliffe Sports grounds & Norths Lakes Westfield. The room itself was below average & was overpriced. Our room was extremely outdated & not clean. The bench still had red wine spilt on it, the dust on the ceiling fan, skirting boards & in the corners of the room was so thick I’m not sure when it was cleaned last. The bathroom was worse than an old caravan park amenities block. The main bed needs a new mattress, it has sagged in the middle & you could feel every spring. Didn’t realise their was a hotel attached so the noise from the hotel was expected.
