Location was perfect for our needs (ie near to Gosford/Palmdale). We felt we were in a home, rather than the usual hotel or motel room, and made good use of the kitchen/dining room, and the late check-out. Luna the dog is very friendly, as are the dozens of chooks!

Thank you Sam. We(4 families, 15pp) had a wonderful Easter holiday on your farm. In particular, we would like to thank you for giving us plenty of time to pack, eat, rest (because the three big boys like to sleep in) on the last day. The kids had a blast feeding horses, collecting eggs, feeding rabbits, and playing hide and seek. The three little ones also spent a lot of time playing table hockey. The house had many rooms and three bathrooms. The large room downstairs was perfect for the three big boys, very spacious with their own bathroom, so we didn't disturb each other. The two living areas upstairs and the kitchen were very convenient to use so we didn't interfere with each other. The barbecue was also great 👍. We picked eggplants, tomatoes, and peppers from the yard, and they tasted very fresh and delicious.❤️❤️❤️already recommend your farm to our friends!

Hotel,rooms and shared bathrooms recently renovated.Very impressive for the price point of this accommodation Especially surprised by the shared bathrooms, Large shower with toilet also contained in the room,with immaculate finishes. about 15 semi secure car parks at the back of the hotel also great.
