The location is great and the staff was v friendly. The beds are super comfortable and the cabin we stayed in was very well insulated from the cold and the wind.

Lovely private position.a lot of thought had been taken on property design ,however the appropriate care necessary for its continued functionality was absent

Helpful staff.Stayed in motel room. Room clean. Room old style but I like that retro feel. Bed was comfy.
The doona cover was pretty and fresh, nice thick doona. Loved the back door with the grassy view. Love the quaint shops.

The motel is a 5 minute walk to Foster but we drove as we were going to see a play put on by the local dramatic society, which was excellent. The town is lovely with vegetables and herbs growing in the nature strips and people can take what they want for free. We had a tasty meal at the hotel and watched some Netflix on the large TV in our room. The next day we went for an easy drive to Fish Creek and Inverloch, with beautiful views all the way.

Foster Exchange Hotel has good meals.
Foster Exchange Hotel has good meals. Supermarket in town centre with all essentials. Various other shopping in town. Wilson Promontory only 55minute drive to Tidal River. Approximately 35minutes to Darby River, Waratah Bay or Walkerville Beaches. Many interesting bushwalking tracks in and around Wilsons Promontory with plenty of Wildlife and fresh air. Great get away from city life.

A good base for exploring Wilsons Prom and surrounds.
A good base for exploring Wilsons Prom and surrounds. Foster was smaller than we expected but that was a plus as we like smaller places. Our motel was unable to allow us to dine at their restaurant as a large group was staying but we had a good meal at the nearby Fish Creek pub.

I like foster, I have family there, it has everything you need, so friendly, lots of community fruit and veg, close to lots of lovely spots and secluded beaches.
Great local shops, the gardens and footpaths are pristine.
The location is great for exploring the Foster area. We were on a cycling tour and the house isn’t too far off the Sth Gippsland Rail Trail, plus it’s less than 1km to walk into town, and we enjoyed a good meal at the Golf Club, which is literally across the road. Traffic noise was light, nice outlook at rear, house is renovated and comfy, with lots of hot water, good kitchen facilities, and revere-cycle AC/heating. Loads of games and books for wet weather too.
Great little lodge nestled in the bush at the edge of quiet little Foster. Foster is a great location to bed down. You can easily explore the south coast from Inverloch to Wilson's Prom to Port Albert. Hotel roomm clean and relatively modern. Bathrooms were clean and modern. I enjoyed how quiet the lodge and the town is. The lodge was full bby morning but we didn't hear a peep out of all the arriving guests. Little library at the front.
Clean, comfortable and well located near Wilson's Promontory. Includes fridge and microwave, perfect if you want to warm up something to eat after a trip to the Prom and returning later in the day. Heater warms room nicely and plenty of extra blankets. It's not an upscale motel but works well for one night. Foster is a gorgeous country town and we always enjoy our trips there.
Spacious bright cottage with a comfortable lounge and great outside deck. Plenty of garden space and quite rural views with cows in the adjacent paddock.
Kitchen is large and the lovely country dining table useful for everyone to congregate around. Good location close to Foster township with easy walk into town.
Great location. Close to town centre of Foster and well situated for drives to Wilson’s Promontory, Leongatha, Korumburra, Phillip Island, Wonthaggi and Inverloch. I also loved the layout of the cabin, with the living area between the two bedrooms. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Llarrinda exceeded our expectations! Super clean, neat and well equipped with a great view of the prom. Everything was thought of and breakfast was a feast! Larry and Linda's hospitality exceed the service you would get at a five-star hotel. I cannot recommend Llarrinda enough!
