The most confusing set up to access the property to the point that it never happened. I have complained to Manager. LMTC. Sent request for refund to owner no responce for 8 weeks. I ended up booking the night with Sandcastles. Where do you ever access your room on foot through a locked gate with no map. Many references to sandcastles on only information given yet not owned by sandcastles . Privately owned. Many times, I found out in the morning from sandcastles reception, this has happened to other guests... this must stop. The instructions given must be clearer. I want a refund..
