So convenient just off the highway but you couldn't even tell as it was quiet peaceful and the main bedroom was so comfortable, a home away from home and not far from the city

Spent 2 nights here, the host David is very helpful and attentive, help me solve a couple problems real quick.
The up side:
1. House is new and big, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, enough for big families with 2 cars.
2. If you wish to cook, there are sufficient cooking wares and utensils at your disposal. It also comes with seasonings and freebies, wish I knew that before buying my own.
3. The house was clean, was expecting some nopes in the house but found none during my stay.

It was a lovely, quiet and very beautiful old guest house.
It was a lovely, quiet and very beautiful old guest house. The room was heated with ducted heating and an electric blanket (perfect for icy Melbourne nights)!
The property is about a 10 minute drive from local shops and the local licensed cafe/restaurant ‘The Hill’ (delicious Portuguese chicken and good wine selection). Pizza, subway, supermarket, liquor store amd several other shops.
Public transport was available, but having a car was definitely the better option.
Breakfast was a good selection of cerise, toast, fruit, eggs, yoghurt, and tea, coffee and juice. There was plenty to eat and the room also had a kettle, tea/coffee and a bar fridge.
Big TV with free to air, in the room. The grounds were beautiful. I didn’t have time to explore, but will definitely be back to stay longer. Safe parking off-street.
Barb and her husband were lovely and welcoming. They both obviously take great pride in their property. The only slight negative was that the clock alarmed several times outside my room, waking me up. But apart from that it was a really wonderful stay.
I will definitely be back!!

I had a reason to be there. But it's a good location. It's suburbia but still close enough to the edge. Wilson Botanical Gardens is a great place to walk around and there is some great eating places to be had.

This should ba advertised as a Air B&B or a house that leases out rooms per night, because thats exactly what it
Really is, what you really need is the appropriate cleaning products to wash dishes eg. Scourers, dish clothes, and cleaning product eg. Spray cleaner and scourer cleaner, the people can clean properly.
Also need to make sure that cutlery and crockery is clean, don't assume that people will clean properly, not everyone cleans the same.

Berwick area is pretty nice.
Berwick area is pretty nice. The accommodation was very basic with no breakfast or even tea & coffee, just sticky labels everywhere pointing out the all the milk etc was the property of other guests. Very unwelcoming as mentioned in the earlier review.

The area is very quiet.
The area is very quiet. So if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay and country side this is the place to go. It's like a small town where you can find everything, like cafe, restaurant, factory. It's more than 1 hour train ride from the City. Dont forget to visit the best coffee place which is thr Enterprise Eatery Cafe.
