    Benalla has some wonderful history, go and visit the Visitor's Information Centre. The art gallery is fantastic and my favourite place, they also have a lovely cafe, not open Tuesdays. Very pretty botanical gardens by the art gallery to wander and ponder. The main street has everything you would need on a trip including, banks, clothes, a Reject shop, phone shops etc. It does seem to have a few too many bottle shops and I did notice a few spaced citizens!

    Benalla is a wonderful little town and there is so much to see. There are hidden gems all over the town with the street art and murals. It's the perfect location to base yourself if doing the North East Silo Trail.

    We are a group of veteran golfers who travelled to Benalla...

    We are a group of veteran golfers who travelled to Benalla for a golf tournament at the Benalla Golf Club. We dined at the Golf Club on 2 nights, where the food and service was excellent. The weather was fantastic for golf and we will be coming back in the future.

    Only stayed in Benalla one night.

    Only stayed in Benalla one night. We got up in the morning to get breakfast and head back to Melbourne. We were pleasantly surprised at the number of options in relation to good cafe's. We chose to try Zeus. It's a café in a warehouse style building. Very nice atmosphere and good breakfast.

    I was travelling from Tasmania to NSW & Benalla was a good...

    I was travelling from Tasmania to NSW & Benalla was a good stop to stay the night! The Ferry was arriving late , so I spoke with the manager who arranged everything for a late check in! She was very friendly and helpful which took the stress out of our late arrival!

    Our accommodation was located close to the town centre so...

    Our accommodation was located close to the town centre so made life very easy for us. Also an easy stroll in the other direction to the North Eastern Hotel, which has a big open fire, in the cooler weather. Great meals and extremely friendly, helpful staff. Benalla is very quiet, minimal traffic, and very friendly service in the many shops and eateries. Take a drive out of town and follow the Silo Trail. Very interesting.

    Awesome house! have stayed here before and love it super clean and neat and owner is very nice. I've stayed at alot of different types of accomadation in benalla. Motels, caravan parks plus other houses and this one is by far the best out there. If your staying because your heading to Winton raceway I highly recommend staying here can park 2 cars with car trailers in the backyard fully secured behind a locked fence and another in the driveway at the front of the property. Perfect for racers, drifters, burnout guys you name it.

    The place was spotless and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen contained all necessary appliances and utensils to make meals when we were not eating out. The complimentary chocolates and milk and wine were a great gesture that truly made us feel welcome when we arrived at the place. Would certainly stay again here if visiting the Benalla region.

    The house is beautifully restored and an absolute oasis. It’s very clean, feels like home the moment you step into the front garden, and has a gorgeous back garden, where you are drawn to spend all your time. The house is centrally located so shops, the Benalla art gallery, and the lake are all within easy walking distance.

    Breakfast included! How convenient. Fresh, fruit, bread, cheese, coffee and tea all available without leaving the studio. Safe parking spot right in front of the door and location was 10/10. Easy check in and even easier check out. Communication again 10/10. If you are looking for a place to stay at Benalla look no more.
