An apartment in a house located on the edge of a forest. A quiet location, almost idyllic :). Parking space in the yard of the house. A grocery store is a 2-minute walk away. There are some surprising elements, which I will not mention here, but which betray the fact that the house belonged, or still belongs, to a person with unique hobbies :). A very pleasant surprise!
