The facilities and spa were amazing. I went with my best friend and my mum as a little girls trip. The hotel was amazing, really good location. The view we had from the room was stunning and the hotel itself was amazing. Everything was luxurious and the staff were really lovely - they helped us out with our questions and gave suggestions too. We will be coming back here again!

Friendly Customer Service, Attention to Detail and Immaculate Cleanliness were all impeccable. Great location midway between the railway and the old town centre meant we were within an easy 5 or 10 minute of everything we hoped to see and do. Would definitely book this again.

Clean and spacious room, breakfast was nice especially ham and eggs. I came very late but they left an envelope for me so i can check in myself. I was a bit afraid from the reviews here but although it is an older hotel, it has very hot water im the tub, clean beds and towels and ofcourse privacy in your room. Im pretty happy with my stay and will definetly book again if i find myself in Innsbruck again.

We had a spacious room with tall ceilings and three windows with a nice view and a big bed. It was quiet outside, allowing us to sleep with the windows open. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, and it's a short walk from a main train station.
