L'hotel es troba a uns 12 Km de Salzburg, en una zona agrícola molt tranquila. La veritat és que és un hotel rural que está bastant be, però que potser pel preu el confort de l'habitació no era l'adequat. Les habitacions són bastant senzilles, sense cap luxe especial, llits individuals amb matalassos una mica incòmodes pel meu gust, però en definitiva molt correctes per anar a dormir i descansar després de passar tot el dia fora. La relació qualitat/preu una mica desfavorable en comparació a l'hotel que vam agafar a Viena, molt acollidor i molt be de preu. L'esmorzar molt be, abundant, de bona qualitat, productes locals, i amb molta varietat. També es pot sopar, però ha de ser a la carta a un preu una mica elevat, però el normal comparat amb qualsevol altre restaurant de la zona.
