方接待的老太太态度还很差，和她理论还挂电话，一直让我找网站客服解决，网站客服后台给他们发送了消息，住宿方拒绝退款，来奥地利旅游的游客，看清楚这个黑心酒店，不要被骗了，每逢周末我做礼拜时都向上帝祷告，这家住宿方的贪心骗人行为，上帝也会不原谅他们，这个接待的老太太态度非常不好，还太贪心了，不是自己应该得到的钱财，也收入囊中。
