price is good comparing to the hotels nearby but after visiting I would better pay triple more rather than stay here. the lady receptionist was nice and doing her best to solve our problems but there were so many that it barely helped

Food was okay...However i felt that most the dishes are Russian based dishes , but taste and flavour is excellent. Rooms are also good and washrrom area is litlle small compared to other properties with similar rating.

There was no communication on what needed to happen at Check in and a security guard on arrival told us to go to C block but there was nobody there (apparently that check in closes at 6:30 p.m.) and we then went to the hotel check in an it took 30 minutes for them to find out which apartment we were to be in and provide us with the keys. It was a last minute booking so I assume this may have been the reason - we made the booking around 2 p.m and arrived around 7 p.m.
