Everything in our stay was perfect. The location of Kandalama lodge is great if you want to visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Sigirya and Pidurangala. The lodge is cleverly designed, and well maintained. The garden is a quiet oasis, peaceful and beautiful. We stayed in both the deluxe villa with the private pool and the “regular” rooms. We enjoyed both. The staff made our stay even better. I’ve never seen a manager, cook and helpers so attentive in my life. I rarely rate a stay a 10/10 but they deserve it.

Lugar tranquilo y paradisíaco con piscina perfecta para descansar. Las habitaciones muy cómodas con aire acondicionado y un baño exterior impresionante.

Fantastic place where I particularly particularly loved the terrace, the magnificent garden (so many species of plants, birds and animals!) and the breakfast. You will never find a better and more service minded host than Udika. Always smiling and singing. A truly happy place to stay. Walking distance to the centre ant to the Lion Rock, but not recommended walking about in the dark due to the wildlife.

El Sun and Green Lodge se encuentra en Dambulla y ofrece jardín. El templo de la cueva de Dambulla se encuentra a 5 km, mientras que Sigiriya está a 9 km. Hay WiFi gratuita. No pudimos estar mejor... los dueños son increíbles. Te reciben con un te y una buena charla. El sitio es precioso, con piscina que se agradece, mucha tranquilidad, enfrente puedes parar el bus... Además te dan consejos de donde ir, te ofrecen de llevarte en tuktuk si tienen disponibilidad, son muy amables, simpáticos y agradables. Cenamos un día allí i... brutal! Recomendado! Gayani es una cocinera increíble! Lo repetimos: no pudimos estar mejor!

El Back of Beyond - Pidurangala está situado en medio de un paisaje natural en Sigiriya. La increíble naturaleza alrededor. Sobre todo el estar justo al lado de Sigiriya. Una maravilla.

Heavens Acres Lodge está en Matale, a 44 km de Centro comercial Kandy City Centre, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, wifi gratis, cocina compartida y servicio de habitaciones. The lodge had a beautiful and peaceful garden filled with trees, creating a serene atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances, including pots, pans, a gas cooker, fridge, and washing machine. The rooms were also nicely arranged and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well-maintained and clean. Overall, it was the best stay we've ever had.

Spiritual Nature Farm - Sri Lanka dispone de vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Matale, a 29 km de Centro comercial Kandy City Centre. I don't know where to begin.. I came here for 1 night to hike, stayed 3 nights and didn't do a single hike. It was too good to stay with Nero's family, volunteer there and at the pre school, share meals, meditate, go for walks, play with the kids... I have never felt more at home in Sri Lanka than here. If you go there, take your time, help around, enjoy real kindness and sharing. I can't thank you enough for my time at your place ❤️ This is a safe place to stay as a solo female traveler!

So calm and beautiful surroundings. Located at walking distance to Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock, staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It was amazing to wake up to the sounds of birds and monkeys, Great experience of being in a wild and feeling more than comfortable- great food. Location is great as well - hidden in the forest and short walking distance to main sights.

Sigiriya Hillside View Villa se encuentra a 2,6 km de Yacimiento arqueológico de Sigiriya y ofrece alojamiento conjardín, terraza y servicio de habitaciones. Se ofrece wifi gratis. La ubicación excelente, tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza. Desde la entrada se veían las dos rocas luego de un enorme y hermoso campo de arroz. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama cómoda ,con mosquitero y ventilador. Lo mejor fue la hospitalidad de los dueños, fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotras. Volvería y lo recomiendo ❤️. Me olvidaba el desayuno 🤤 delicioso y súper abundante.
