The studio was super cosy, new and sparkling clean! Surrounded of cows and nature. Absolutely amazing and so much attention to details. We felt like at home. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies Breakfast was taken the evening before with homemade bread, fruit, fresh juice etc.. Highly recommended!

Well appointed. Thoughful little details. Beautifully decorated and scrupulously clean. Very comfortable bed. Stayed one night but would be perfect for a weekend stay. Great location for Hobbiton. The recommendations for places to eat was spot on as well.
