Very quiet in the night, as it's tucked away from the main street. A lot of cafes and eateries nearby. Washing machine was great, they sell detergent at the reception. The city view was pretty decent, you can see a small part of the lake (from the room on 7th floor). Good kitchen supplies, we were able to cook for a few days, mostly boiled stuff (non-stick pan was not there) and salads. No mold smell, good water pressure. Highly recommend!

Beds were super comfy. There is a rooftop but without chairs/tables -- either way a nice view of the area. The host downstairs was lovely and easy to sort things out with -- held our luggage for us and helped me when our water delivery guy couldn't find the place.

The room is very nice with two big windows with a nice view, which is very hard to find in Hanoi Old Quarter. There is a lot of light in the room. It’s quite big. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle to make some tea. Anna is super nice, always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again when next time in Hanoi.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping excellent. Elevator. Spacious room. W/D. Ceiling fans. A/C. Filtered water cooler. Location for us (middle aged couple) was perfect. Not too touristy, and just 15 to 20 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake area (or take a cheap Grab). Tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Highly recommend.
