Restaurants were closed on the day we were there but we could easily cook something at the apartment and eat in the nice terrace.

Teníamos pensado en ir a Piran y preferimos quedarnos disfrutando de las instalaciones que son geniales

Apartmaji in sobe Odlična hiša Štanjel se encuentra en Štanjel, a 25 km de Estación de tren de Trieste y a 26 km de Piazza Unità d'Italia, y ofrece vistas a la ciudad y wifi gratis. Accommodation was really beautiful, located behind castle walls. It has everything from air conditioning to eletric kettle, with nice view on the village below. Room was perfectly cleaned, comfortable with a nice design. The host was nice and friendly, we've check-in without any problem and also gave us tips about interesting places around to visit. Štanjel overall is an amazing place with so many things to visit and see. Surely will come back in a future :)

I used WhatsApp to communicate with the host and they were welcoming and kind. The free parking and ability to view the beautiful city from the terrace and then walk up in 10min was perfect!

There was breakfast there in the morning. It was very good. Typical Slovenian breakfast. There was also a restaurant there in the evening so if you didn't want to go out you could eat there.
