Location was perfect - city center, a lot of restaurants in surroundings, room was clean and silent, staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Casa das Proteas ligger i Sítio da Felpa i São Jorge på Madeira og har utsikt over Atlanterhavet. Hotellet ligger omtrent 50 km fra Funchal og har et utendørsbasseng som er omgitt av frodig... Vennlig personale. Fikk ordnet bra frokost når vi skulle tidligere avgårde.

1.9 km from Almirante Reis Beach, Atlântico Azul is a recently renovated property set in Funchal and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Everything at the property was great. We got there very late because our flight delayed but everything was ready for us. The cot and the sofa bed was ready for us. The place was very clean and we had everything that we needed for kitchen. Carla is exceptional. She even bought milk for my little girl. 😊. Mariza picked up us at the airport. Lovely woman, so energetic person . The apartment is very well located, the view is stunning and we were delighted with the fireworks show. There’re bus stop with 2 routes to the centre. The táxi is very cheap and if you want to walk to the centre is not to far. We used to go by foot and come back by taxi. We are already planning to come back if possible for summer and December too. Highly recommend this place.

200 metres from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools in Porto Moniz, Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels features accommodation with access to a sauna and hot tub. + Absolutely lovely staff, they made sure our stay was truly special. Any request we had they tried to fulfill immediately! + we were allowed to use the facilities at the other hotels related to this property. We especially loved the free use of the saunas and the infinity pool + breakfast had many healthy and yummy options. They even with great options for vegans, so we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. The views onto the ocean from the terrace were quite the sight. + cute little town with natural pools and very quiet at night

Casal da Penha Apartments offers accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Funchal, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. Everything. Clean and spacious apartment in a very nice and not very crowded location. Maikel was simply the most amazing host ever, helping us with everything we needed and always keeping a table ready for us in his restaurant (which served delicious food and all the staff was super friendly and nice) :)

Situated within 200 metres of Sao Roque Beach and 300 metres of Banda d'Alem Beach, Fort Bay Suite Apartments features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Machico. A super location for us, very close to the beach but also easy access to walks and hills. Apartment was in good order and very comfortable. Jackie was a super host making sure we were happy and even prepared a valentines surprise for us. We will definitely return next year

Offering a terrace and city view, Alexia Room is set in Funchal, 1.7 km from Marina do Funchal and 15 km from Girao Cape. Alexandra is a great host, super friendly, and helpful. She personally welcomed us, even though we arrived very late. The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was great, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and some sweets 😋. She also have some fruit and welcome snacks ready for us.

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of mountain, Blue House is a recently renovated apartment situated in Ponta do Sol, 70 metres from Lugar de Baixo Beach. Excellent stay. Views were amazing..room was great !!

Located in Porto Moniz and only 4.6 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools, CASA CAROTO provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was fantastic! Easy check in, comfy beds, gorgeous view. The host went above and beyond with providing us with things - laundry detergent, apples and bananas, bottle of wine, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. Excellent!!
