Lovely guesthouse, really nice host, good breakfast and a quiet neighbourhood. Not the closest spot if you are mainly in Seattle to see the main sights close to downtown, but the charm of it all was worth the longer distance.

Great place overall, very nice old house in convenient location. They no longer provide breakfast but there are many good spots nearby. Got a parking pass from host, who allowed us to give it back late on last day after checkout which was very helpful. Walked and took transit all over the city. Nice and safe neighborhood, much better than downtown if you plan on walking around at night. Price is reasonable.

Cozy contemporary 2BR with Sofa bed in the office is set in Seattle, 4.2 km from Space Needle, 4.6 km from CenturyLink Field, and 28 km from Tiger Mountain State Forest.

The house is very cozy, clean, and well-furnished. The location is not walking distance from downtown, but you have a bus stop right across the street that takes you next to the Space Needle. The neighborhood is really good too. The best thing, however, is the very kind and sympathetic host.

Featuring inner courtyard views, One bedroom luxury apartment (Gym, Wifi, Parking, Rooftop Deck) provides accommodation with a fitness centre and a patio, around 3.8 km from Space Needle.

First things first: I would wholeheartedly recommend booking this apartment. Here is why: It is spacious, everything was very tidy and clean when I arrived, the kitchen had all the utensils etc. one might need, there are many cupboards, drawers and countertops on which you can put and keep your things, the bed is super comfortable and I slept so so well. The apartment is just very pretty and you immediately feel comfortable and at home there. I was a little nervous about how accessing the building etc. would work but the relevant information is sent to you with more than enough time in advance, there are different codes for entering the building and the apartment, it was very easy and made me feel safe at the same time. Sebastian, who manages the apartment, reacted immediately and was very helpful when I had questions. If you want to use the gym, that is hasslefree too because there's a fob in the apartment to unlock the door to the gym 24/7. There are treadmills, ellipticals and Peloton bikes, also a couple of dumbbells and kettlebells, resistance bands and stuff like that. It's small but functional, and if you need more, like a variety in strength machines, there are also various gyms in the neighbourhood. The location is also great thanks to the big supermarket across the street (Trader Joe's isn't far away either, the same goes for Walgreens) and the many cafés and restaurants in the area. I hardly needed to Uber anywhere because public transport is closeby and walking to popular sights like Pike Place Market is perfectly doable too. The neighborhood is very pretty and most of the time it’s quiet. Sometimes there was some yelling at night, but during the day and in the evenings I felt safe as a female solo traveller.

Offering a garden and garden view, Entire cozy home in U-District is situated in Seattle, 34 km from Tiger Mountain State Forest and 2.3 km from University of Washington.

The home was really close to the area we wanted to be, walking distance from metro. Nice and warm home, perfect for couples or family.

    Sense dubte el millor va ser l'habitació. Era enorme, així que era molt còmode per estar-s'hi alguns dies. A més tenia una terrassa. La zona és un bon barri i està relativament a prop de restaurants. Hi ha un "amazon fresh" força a prop. El preu és correcte tenint en compte els preus de la zona. Tenen piscina. Si s'hi va amb cotxe, hi ha lloc per aparcar al mateix carrer.
