Es una casa impresionante, gran terraza con magníficas vistas,todo muy limpio y el anfitrión totalmente pendiente y dispuesto para ir a ayudarte a cualquier hora. Nos recibieron con detalles y regalos de la tierra. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Seguramente repetiremos.

Todo perfecto. Se nota que está recién reformada, está todo nuevo, como si fuera a estrenar. Es una casa espaciosa, cómoda, bonita y está todo muy limpio. Andrea, la propietaria, es muy amable y te explica todo con detalle, lo que hace muy fácil la estancia. Además, tiene muchos detalles: te dejan agua y café, hay wifi gratis, cocina completa, baño bien equipado, botiquín, extintor, calefacción, radiadores eléctricos, 2 televisores y hasta un dosier con información de la casa y de la zona en varios idiomas. Repetiré sin dudarlo. La zona es muy tranquila y agradable, perfecta para descansar y moverse por la región.

What we liked best were Americo & Grace, the proprietors who were the most lovely people! But the house itself is just as wonderful, it has a well stocked kitchen and heaters that work and 2 lovely bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Also, you can do laundry in the Wash tub and hang it out on the terrace

Location: Close to the A25 (PT) / A62 (ES) motorways joining Portugal and Spain. Worth to divert for an overnight stay. Could be also a base to explore Historical Villages (Aldeias Historicas) or Coa valley / Siega Verde prehistoric rock art (UNESCO heritage site). Hotel: in fact the hotel is an addition to the restaurant. We recommend a dinner here, our was very tasty. The hotel has original décor and nice finishing. Room: large and comfortable, bag rack electric sockets: easily accessible, however these near the bed are occupied by lamps. lighting: good Stairs/elevator: Our room was located on the ground floor. Bed: large and comfortable. Bathroom: average in size but functional, heated, large and comfortable shower cabin. Breakfast: good, but we expected more after an excellent dinner. If you prefer French or Portuguese style the breakfast is very good – different sweets, cakes an jams, if you prefer German style the breakfast is weak – no vegetables, only one kind of ham and cheese. WiFi: good signal, fast connection (important as the mobile network is weak). Parking: free private parking, many places.
