The location is unreal. The view of the farmland and valleys and volcanos in the distance is everything. We saw one of the best sunrises ever. Angus greeted us on arrival and it was clear how much pride he has in his land and how much he enjoys sharing it with others.

Lovely clean room, super quiet spot. Hosts were super welcoming and a generous continental breakfast for the following day was laid out in the fridge. The bed was a great sleep and the shower had great water pressure.

Fantastic location, wonderful hosts. Breakfast was yum. The driveway is long-steep (we were given full warning), but manageable even in a small car (we had a rented corolla and it handled it fine). Don't be scared!

felt like home, lots of games and things to do. Kitchen was well equipped and lots of appliances. great view and location was great 10 minutes drive to Waitomo glow worm caves, 10 minutes drive to supermarket.

The instructions were emailed to me before arrival. The facilities were perfect. Loved all aspects of it. Everything was clean and neat. Small kitchen and sink facilities were great. Loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside.

Beautiful property on a hill, away from traffic. Spacious two-storey apartment with a terrace in a green surrounding. Ground floor with kitchen / living room, first floor with sleeping room (up to 5). Good base to explore the Waitomo Caves etc.

We stayed in the cabin and it was wonderful. Super private, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is supplied in the fridge, so no need to go anywhere. The view over the valley is great and the location is so quiet... and dark at night! The Milky Way was visible right out the front door, which we enjoyed looking at on the patio chairs provided. Our host Jamie was great, even allowing us to do a load of laundry using the machine in her house.
