It was the best experience we have had recently. The apartment is perfect, the pictures don't give it back, but it is large and perfectly equipped. The animals, fresh buns and goat cheese are a next level.

We absolutely adore every aspect of this place! Our group of five is as enamored with it as its wonderful owner, Katharina! The interior design is truly enchanting, and the furniture is simply stunning. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, especially overlooking the lake! We've also enjoyed hiking trails right from the back of the property, surrounded by the captivating forest scenery.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, sleeping couch in the living room and a big terrace with a postcard-view. This apartment has everything: huge TV with Netflix and other streaming services, fireplace, large dining room table for playing board games or enjoying dinners, grill on the terrace, a whirlpool-bathtub and more. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and dishes you will ever need. The location is good, about 10 minutes‘ walk to the lake (a bit downhill, but manageable even with a baby stroller). In the quaint village Unterach am Attersee there is a supermarket, a post office, a couple of cafes and restaurants, a playground by the lake and plenty of bathing options. The surrounding area is beautiful and should present plenty of options for spending both winter or summer holidays here. The hosts Daniela and Phillip are super nice and the communication with them worked excellent. Thanks for the warm welcome & the hospitality! We felt like home and we’ll surely be back soon.

The apartment is amazing! The area is very quiet, ideal for outdoor walks and very close to many interesting destinations. The owner is a wonderful person. I highly recommend!

We couldn’t imagine a better place to spent Christmas together with our family than Landhausvilla. We had a wonderful time there. In the house was a Christmas tree and decorations. It’s a beautiful house with all facilities you need! Also we were nicely surprised with a welcome meal and the cake! Angela (the owner of the house) together with Joy (the house keeper) were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay in the house. I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location, excellent landscape from the balcony. The facilities were great. It was warm inside, very clean with all the things that you can need for a night with friends. The parking spot is covered and was excellent in winter nights.

It's one of the best places we have stayed in during our visit to Austria. Ms. Christina was very kind and supportive with us. The apartment was clean, comfort, and very well equipped. In addition, it's just in front of the lake with an accesa to the beach which is well prepared with tables and chairs. The apartment is built in a modern-smart design, with everything you may need as a traveler from washing machine till the beer opener.
