Weymouth
Offering a bar and river view, Sunseeker Renegade 60 Ft is set in Weymouth, 2.1 km from Chesil Beach and 31 km from Monkey World. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the boat free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated less than 1 km from Portland Beach. Our first ever experience on any boat..it was fantastic. The boat was elegant, clean and had everything one could hope for. The welcome crew were very helpful and friendly. We are already planning our next visit.
Comfy, cosy, friendly, good location for town and also Boat Building Academy
The view from the lounge, looking out both sides. One view to the fishing boats. One view to the sandy beach. Great to have the parking ticket, was a great bonus.
We loved the view from the room window over the Old Harbour and out to sea, great to see the RNLI Lifeboat turn around and go off - very interesting when you don't see boats often!! Lovely hosts and great breakfast. Room was nice and clean and comfortable, and the location was great for access to theatre, town, seafront and local places to eat in the evening.
Great views across the harbour loved watching boats coming and going. Great to be so near the centre of Weymouth. Plenty of space in the apartment. Had all we needed
Rudge farm is an ideal place to stay as a base from which to explore Dorset. The farm has many activities eg boating, forest walk, playground, tennis court and a games room. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and provided great advice on things to do in the area.
John and Sandra are fantastic hosts. Everything is first class. Perfect location. Our room was fabulous, decor perfect. The terrace was great to sit and watch the boats go by. Perfect stay..
Maxine was a perfect host at this superbly located guesthouse. We stayed in a comfortable second floor room, looking out over the boats colourful houses of Weymouth Harbour. After a tasty full English breakfast we visited the beach, which is a minute or two's walk outside the front door. We only stayed one night, so had to park the public Pavillion car park but even that was only three or four minutes walk away.
Have just got home from a week here and we loved every minute of it. Great accommodation, excellent breakfast and the food in the pub was great. It is in a great spot for visiting many different places close by, we visited Swanage, Lyme Regis,Sherborne, Poole and went on a 2hr boat trip around the Jurassic coast, Old Sarum Castle, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Tout Quarry sculpture Park, Durdle Door, Weymouth. William, Linny and their children and staff are the perfect hosts and made us so welcome. We are definitely going to return.
Lovely appt spacious light and airy with a balcony. We stayed in cabin 9 which is at the far end and end view from bedroom was a derelict boat. Apart from that all you need in the kitchen Would go again, only 15 mins from Weymouth.
Its a very nice hotel on the river in a small town with lawns running down to the river with boats on. Has great patio area to have a few drinks on before moving the the timber frame restaurant for dinner. I liked the food, my wife didn't but the menu was limited and very expensive. However, it has secure parking in a secluded on property car park. It was ideal for the Poole ferry. Gave it a 9 for the location and vistas.
