Kevin and his lovely wife ( Ann ) were amazing and very nice and helpful with sharing information about the areas attractions. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with private parking and within walking distance to the falls. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an American Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 located in the Park Place Historic District in Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls State Park is just a 10-minute walk from the bed and breakfast, and the American Falls, as well as International Rainbow Bridge to Canada just a mile away. The house is incredibly charming, breakfast is excellent and Jamie and Dan are very friendly and helpful hosts! From the house we could walk to all there is to see in Niagara Falls, simply perfect!

Loved my stay and wished it was longer than a night.

We loved our stay at Susan’s Villa! Breakfast was great and hosts were amazing. They helped us with our luggage, ordered us a taxi and made sure our breakfast was veggie. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The property is a 5 minute walk (or less) from all attractions. 100% recommend!
