Impeccably clean, gardens gorgeous and very well kept. Breakfast was exceptional...delicious, perfectly sized and gorgeous presentation. Cruise shops could learn much from Qi. Small area of all day available food is a HUGH plus...can nake yourself a sandwuch, fruit, coffee/tea, cookies. When you dont know your way around or want to stay in to enjoy the gardens and birds , Qis thoughtfulness in providing staples for the day is so appreciated. Qi, her husband and mother are amazing hosts. This was a quick stop prior to boarding a cruise ship.But we look forward to coming back one day just to stay at echo lodge.

Set a 14-minute walk from Auckland War Memorial Museum, Parnell Garden Suite features accommodation with free WiFi and continental breakfast included. Very good breakfast and everything available. The hosts are extremely friendly and the location is directly at the entry of the park.

Located in Mt Eden, The Grange is a unique 1880's villa featuring free WiFi and secure parking. Mt Eden Village is a 10 minute walk away and features trendy restaurants, cafes and bars. Everything. It was exactly like in the pictures. It was in a nice and quiet area but still within walking distance to restaurants, bus stops and Mount Eden. It was great to start the day with a nice breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, toast and just the perfect cappuccino and not having to go out for it. Tipps were to go and how to get there. Heather and Roy really make you feel welcome. It’s home away from home and for us it was the perfect start for traveling New Zealand.

The hosts, Bruce and Jules, were very welcoming and friendly. They were always available to help and answered any questions we had. Great service. Room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Very good view and good location. Just a few minute drive to most places we wanted to visit. The complimentary bottle of bubbles definitely enhanced our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing stay at Waiheke.
