Location wise, It doesn't get any more central than this. Get up the stairs and you are in the middle of Utrecht, offering great beer bars, Michelling rate restaurant, Art galleries, boutique coffee houses. (However, a note about the stairs leading to room. They are quite steep and small. Not recommended for elderly or walking disability.)
