I loved how clean it was and how much attention was paid to details. Thé staff, especially Amani were very friendly and helpful and helped me navigate my way around.

Su ubicación, la tranquilidad, la amabilidad del personal y de los dueños. La decoración es preciosa, cada rincón está cuidado con el más mínimo detalle. Puedes pasear por todo el alojamiento, leer en cualquier espacio... La habitación es muy amplia y la cama es cómoda. El desayuno para mi, lo mejor. Todo casero y riquísimo. Si vuelvo a Lamu, repetiré sin duda.

El Beytsalam, situado a 300 metros del fuerte de Lamu, ofrece alojamiento con salón común, terraza y cocina compartida. Hay WiFi gratuita. Price point was spot on! Location fantastic and conveniently close to the airport. Dinner next door at Lamu House was exceptional. Nice alternative to the more expensive Shella.

Wildebeeste Lamu dispone de alojamiento en Lamu, cerca de 18th Century Swahili House Museum y de Riyadha Mosque. This place never disappoints. This was my second time staying here and it still exceeded my expectations. The flat I stayed in was spacious and thoughtfully designed with some artful collections of antique Swahili style furniture. There was access to a private fully equipped kitchenette with an adjacent outdoor dining/ lounging area. The room was airy and well ventilated and also had a very spacious bathroom that had great shower pressure! Joshua is an exceptional host, responsive, warm and welcoming and very attentive. He has even made provisions for Solar lights in case of power outages which were infrequent during my stay and only lasted a few minutes at a time. The Wilderbeeste provides all the comforts and necessities of a home away from home yet its quirky and historical design provides a sense of adventure and novelty needed for a retreat! Can't wait to return for a longer stay!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is always available and welcoming. We have access to a wide range of activities and the hotel is well located, in the center of Shilla and a few minutes by walk from the beach.

Pwani House - Lamu Seafront se encuentra en Lamu, a 7 min a pie de Gallery Baraka y a menos de 1 km de Riyadha Mosque. Great location on the waterfront in the old city, beautiful rooms, lovely rooftop patio.

For a genuine and memorable Swahili experience in an iconic location, you must stay here. Barack and Tawfiq were the most generous of hosts, always available to assist with travel plans and share local knowledge.

Furaha House se encuentra a solo pocos pasos de Manda Beach y ofrece alojamiento en Shela con terraza y restaurante, además de cocina compartida. Great place. Lovely and welcoming host!! Sea view from the balcony and roof top. Just amazing!

El Mangrove House está situado frente al mar en la isla de Manda y cuenta con una zona de playa privada. También cuenta con zona de barbacoa y jardín. Our stay on Manda’s side at Mangrove House was truly wonderful. The location is unmatched, the peace and quiet are absolute. The staff is wonderful and so is the owner, super attentive and ready to help and share. The house is right in front of Shela and Peponi hotel, just a short boat trip away. Would absolutely go back, and recommend it to everyone going to Lamu!
