Set in Oshima, 15 km from Motomachi Port and 20 km from Okada Port, 築100年の宿【はぶの家】 offers a garden and air conditioning. Everything was on point! Such a mesmerizing atmosphere, very comfortable, but also historical and so connected to nature! The food was beyond excellent! We liked everything, and would like to come again and again :) Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Kitazawa Cozy House is situated in the Setagaya district of Tokyo, 700 metres from Kitazawa Hachiman Shrine, 700 metres from Shinganji Temple and 1.4 km from Museum of Modern Japanese Literature. Our stay here was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by the host, who speaks fantastic English. The accomodation is the entire 2nd floor and is very roomy. Something about the atmosphere of the house encourages good, sound sleep. "Cozy house" is exactly right. The location is also fantastic... a quick walk to the station, but set in a quiet, relaxing neighbourhood. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a traditional, relaxing accomodation option.

Set in Ome, 38 km from Fuchu Park and 39 km from Fuchu Art Museum, Oyado Yaokyu 1st Floor in 4 Story Building - Vacation STAY 6713 offers air conditioning. Both the property and the owners were fantastic, and the overall experience was exceptional. It is rare to find accommodation like this in Ome that can be booked on a rolling basis - the little accommodation in the valley is normally set up for Japanese tourism i.e. one night stays. This place however was perfect. The room is very separate, below the main house and directly overlooking the river which provides a lovely soothing background sound. The room is comfortable and well lit, with a kotatsu heated table for colder weather. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and happy to prepare vegetarian meals for my friend, to fit our schedule. They even accepted card payment for the food!

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Oyado Kien Ryogoku is situated in Tokyo, 500 metres from Yokoamicho Park and 500 metres from Tokyo Metropolitan Memorial Hall. very cozy apartment, the shower was shared but it was never occupied since it is shared between only a couple of rooms and it is very clean as the owner cleans it everyday. the shampoos and conditioner left my hair silky soft and i loved the feeling on sleeping on japanese style beds. the owner was an absolute delight he even left us a basket of chocolates everytime he cleaned our room which was every third day and sheets changed after five days. he was very helpful with all information we needed and recommended us some good sakura viewing spots.

銀河荘-Galaxy Guesthouse 12歳以下不可 is located in Hachijo and offers a garden and a terrace. This 2-star guest house offers a shared kitchen and a shared lounge. Keiko and Kenta were exceptional hosts. Their home is beautiful and comforting. Great view from the deck, you can see Aogashima in the distance on a clear day, and the Milky Way up above on a clear night. They have notebooks with wonderful messages from guests dating back to 2006!

In the Shinagawa Ward district of Tokyo, close to Togoshi-ginza Shopping Street, No Borders Hostel features free bikes and a washing machine. The owner Satochi did a great job for a relatively small space, very cozy and pretty. He is also very kind and always ready to help and give information.
